Hello! I’m Hikaru, I’ve worked as a stylist at salon in Koenji, Tokyo for 10 years.
Koenji has a very unique culture and deep artistic community. Known to be a laidback arts district, Koenji has attracted many people from around the world to experience our local culture.
Because of this, I’ve been fortunate to be able to work with foreign clients here.
